An appointment MUST be made prior to coming for pick up UNLESS you are coming the 2nd Friday and Saturday of the month from 9 AM - NOON!! We are a working cattle ranch and not a store front so we just need to be sure someone is at the ranch! Due to animal safety policy - no dogs allowed. Click Here For More Info. Our goal is to keep our livestock and your pet safe. Dogs may come and remain in your car - we sincerely appreciate your understanding!
Carrisito Ranch: 25580 Highway 79 Santa Ysabel, CA 92070
Directions: If you are coming from Santa Ysabel to the Ranch turn onto Highway 79 (towards Warner Springs) for five miles. The driveway will be on your left. If you are coming from Moretti 's Junction (76 & 79 Junction) traveling towards Santa Ysabel the Ranch is 2 miles from the junction and the first driveway to your right. Your GPS may take you to a spot along Highway 79 next to our ranch with no gate or entrance. Unfortunately GPS is unreliable in a rural area. You are almost here - we are one of the only driveway entrances. ** The Ranch is located directly across from the Santa Ysabel Roadside 79 convenience store - it is a blue gray building with red trim (i.e. the old Santa Ysabel Casino entrance). There is a cattle guard with several mail boxes mounted on a wagon wheel design, turn down this dirt road. You will go over a small bridge. Stay to the right at Black Barn Ranch. Continue down the dirt road. You will see a metal building with a rounded roof on the left. That is where our freezer is located. (There will be a dumpster and heavy equipment there as well). You made it!
Pick up is also available at the Julian Cider Mill - just let us know in advance you would like to pick up there & we will ensure your meat is at that location. We do need a few days notice to ensure your order is at this location. The Julian Cider Mill is open 7 days a week from 9:30 AM-5 PM. Add On Items are only available at the Carrisito Ranch Location. Large orders may only be available at Carrisito Ranch due to freezer space.

Pick up is also available at the Julian Cider Mill which is open 7 days a week. We do need to know in advance that you would like pick up there so we can get your order to that location. Standard butcher boxes only - custom orders must be picked up at the ranch.Thank you!
